Description: The project is an assemblage of three properties on a highly visible and very good corner in the community of Lakewood in Southwest Denver.

Our joint venture partner, Koelbel, owns the majority of the property. We are negotiating with two additional property owners to control the entire corner. As soon as the assemblage is complete we will initiate the entitlement. We expect to start that process by the end of 2008.

The marketing of the property began in early of 2007. We have a number of interested parties, including Walgreen’s, Compass Bank, a 25,000 square foot day care center, and a number of high quality QSR tenants.
